Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in pediatric persistent asthma.Methods A total of 90 children with persistent asthma admitted to Dongping County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide,while the observation group was treated with Montelukast on the basis of the control group.The asthma control levels,pulmonary function,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the asthma control test(ACT)scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,the ACT scores after 3 and 6 months of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,the FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with persistent asthma can improve the asthma control levels and pulmonary function.关键词
