摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of Budesonide combined with Cetirizine on respiratory function and immune function in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma admitted to Ningjin People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(treated with Budesonide)and the observation group(treated with Budesonide combined with Cetirizine)using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,respiratory function,and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory function and immune function of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Budesonide combined with Cetirizine in the treatment of children with asthma is good,which can effectively improve respiratory function and immune function,and has clinical value.关键词
