摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of amplitude integrated electroencephalogram(aEEG)score system in neonates with intracranial hemorrhage.Methods A total of 85 neonates with intracranial hemorrhage admitted to the Department of Neonatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into mild hemorrhage group(gradeⅠ/Ⅱ,79 cases)and moderate to severe hemorrhage group(grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ,6 cases)according to Papile image credit standard,and the results of aEEG in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The sleep wake cycle(Cy)score in the moderate to severe hemorrhage group was lower than that in the mild hemorrhage group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The Cy score of aEEG was negatively correlated with the severity of intracranial hemorrhage(r=-0.226,P=0.037).The lower the Cy score,the more severe the intracranial hemorrhage.Conclusion The Cy change of aEEG is related to the severity of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage.aEEG can diagnose and predict the severity of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage at an early stage.
