Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of modified checklist for autism in toddlers(M-CHAT)combined with developmental screen test(DST)in autism screening.Methods A total of 101 children with autism treated in Yangzhou Women and Children's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the disease group,and 100 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.In both groups,M-CHAT combined with DST was used to screen for autism.The score difference between the two groups was compared to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of M-CHAT and DST.Results The mental index and developmental quotient scores of DST of the disease group were lower than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).M-CHAT+DST combined screening showed 95 true positive cases and 96 true negative cases.The sensitivity,specificity,predictive value and negative predictive value of M-CHAT+DST combined screening for autism were higher than those of single scale diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of M-CHAT combined with DST in the screening of children with autism has good efficacy,can improve the screening sensitivity and specificity,and can be more accurate in the initial screening of autism,which is conducive to early detection and treatment.关键词
