Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in postpartum care of primipara.Methods By convenient sample method,100 primiparas who gave birth in the Department of Obstetrics,Yancheng City Dafeng People's Hospital from February to March 2022 were selected as the control group and received routine postpartum rehabilitation nursing and breast massage intervention,and 100 primiparas from April to June 2022 were selected as the observation group and received quality control circle activities on the basis of control group.The improvement of postpartum breast distending pain related factors,nursing quality,the incidence of postpartum breast distending pain and exclusive breastfeeding rate were compared between the two groups,and the intangible results were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the improvement of postpartum breast distending pain related factors in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Radar chart showed that quality control circle activities improved the ability of problem solving,sense of responsibility,communication ability,self-confidence,team cohesion,enthusiasm,harmony and the ability of quality control circle technique.The incidence of postpartum breast distending pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the exclusive breastfeeding rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of quality control circle activities in the postpartum care of primipara is better.关键词
