Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the psychological negative emotions,compliance of children with pneumonia,and parents'disease knowledge mastery of children with pneumonia and satisfaction,so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia diagnosed in Taizhou Third People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were included and they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological negative emotions,compliance,parents'disease knowledge mastery of children with pneumonia and satisfaction.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of transmission route,self-protection awareness and basic intervention methods of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After care,the scores of negative emotion decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of children with pneumonia,improve negative emotions and parents'disease knowledge mastery of children with pneumonia and nursing satisfaction.关键词
