Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of protective sleep nursing in the nursing of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Seventy children with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from February to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received protective sleep nursing.The jaundice index,serum total bilirubin level,sleep quality,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the jaundice index and serum total bilirubin level in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the research group had longer nighttime sleep time and daytime sleep time than the control group,and fewer nighttime awakenings than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of protective sleep nursing in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can reduce the jaundice index and serum total bilirubin level,improve the quality of sleep,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has the value of promotion.关键词
