Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of discharge preparation service in the nursing of preterm infants.Methods From June to September 2020,32 pregnant women and 36 premature infants from the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the control group.From November 2020 to March 2021,35 pregnant women and 37 premature infants were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received discharge preparation service on the basis of routine nursing.The family readiness for discharge of premature infants,anxiety level of pregnant women,and premature infant development status were compared between the two groups.Results The family readiness for discharge of premature infants in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the anxiety level of pregnant women was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The weight and length of premature infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the growth and development compliance rate of preterm infants at 2 weeks after discharge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of premature infants,the use of discharge preparation service can help improve family readiness for discharge of premature infants,reduce the anxiety of pregnant women,and improve the development status of premature infants.关键词
