Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of pediatric epilepsy.Methods A total of 160 children with epilepsy admitted to Children's Hospital Capital Institute of Pediatrics from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had better sleep quality than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with epilepsy,implementing evidence-based nursing can improve sleep quality and medication compliance,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which has certain promotion and application value.关键词
