摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of cluster respiratory tract nursing combined with touch intervention on the improvement of symptoms, vital signs, and blood gas indicators of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 72 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cluster respiratory tract nursing combined with touch intervention. The improvement of symptoms, vital signs, and blood gas indicators in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the relief time of cough, shortness of breath, dyspnea, and pulmonary moist rale in the observation group was shorter, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, compared with the control group, the heart rate and respiratory rate in the observation group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster respiratory tract nursing combined with touch intervention can regulate blood gas indicators, improve vital signs, and accelerate remission of symptoms in newborns with pneumonia.关键词
