Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of child-friendly communication combined with 3H high-quality nursing on the improvement of the condition of children with lobar pneumonia(LP)undergoing nebulization therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 82 children with LP admitted to Linshu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024.They were divided into two groups based on different intervention methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a combination of child-friendly communication and 3H high-quality nursing on this basis.Continuous observation until discharge to compare the psychological status,compliance with nebulization treatment,and symptom improvement between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders in both groups decreased after nursing,and the observation group had lower score than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall compliance rate with nebulization therapy,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of child-friendly communication and 3H high-quality nursing is beneficial for improving the psychological state and condition of LP children undergoing nebulization therapy,and enhancing their nebulization compliance.关键词
