Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of empathy feedback combined with story theory framework guided early warning nursing in laser therapy of children with head and facial hemangioma.Methods A total of 300 children with head and facial hemangioma admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a coin toss method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received empathy feedback combined with story theory framework guided early warning nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),face,legs,activity,crying,corsolability(FLACC)score,and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after intervention,the SAS,SDS and FLACC scores of the study group were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.67%(4/150),which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 10.67%(16/150)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathy feedback combined with story theory framework guided early warning nursing in laser therapy for children with head and facial hemangioma can improve their psychological state and pain level,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
