Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of specialized crisis management based on early warning assessment and humanistic emotional comfort on the quality of pre-hospital emergency care and maternal and infant outcomes for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 60 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes who were admitted to the Emergency Department 120 of Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.According to the pre-hospital emergency nursing plan adopted,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pre-hospital emergency care,while the observation group received specialized crisis management based on early warning assessment and humanistic emotional comfort.The differences in anxiety score,depression score,disease response score,and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The maternal and infant outcomes and disease response score after nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group,while the anxiety and depression scores after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized crisis management based on early warning assessment and humanistic emotional comfort can effectively alleviate negative emotions in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes,transform their disease response style,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.It is worth promoting and applying.关键词
