摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of health empowerment combined with personalized nursing in school-age children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 56 school-age children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a lottery method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pediatric care,while the observation group received health empowerment combined with personalized nursing.The lung function indicators were measured,improvement time of symptoms and cooperation were counted and compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the cooperation and lung function indicators after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health empowerment combined with personalized nursing can promote the resolution of symptoms in school-age children with bronchopneumonia,enhance their lung function levels,and improve their cooperation,which is worth promoting and using.关键词
