Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of family-centered nursing intervention in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 76 children with pneumonia admitted to Suzhou Benq Medical Center from January to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.Group A(38 cases)received routine nursing,and group B(38 cases)received family-centered nursing intervention.Pulmonary function indexes,improvement time of clinical symptoms and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the pulmonary function indexes of two groups were improved,compared with group A,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in group B were higher(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,shortness of breath and pulmonary moist rales in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the nursing satisfaction of family members in group B was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-center nursing intervention in pediatric pneumonia can improve the pulmonary function of children,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery of the disease,and improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing.关键词
