基于CiteSpace对早发性卵巢功能不全的可视化分析
Visualization analysis of premature ovarian insufficiency based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To apply CiteSpace analysis for nearly 10 years at home and abroad about the research status of premature ovarian insufficiency,hotspot and development trend.Methods Literature related to premature ovarian insufficiency published in the WOS core collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure in the past ten years was searched.CiteSpace visualization was used to analyze the number of papers,countries,institutions,authors,journals,references and keywords.Results The top three keywords in the foreign language database were fertility preservation,expression,and mutation,and the research focused on in vitro stem cells,whole genome sequencing,and fertility preservation.The top three keywords in the domestic database were acupuncture,femostone and apoptosis,and the research focused more on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion In recent ten years,the research of premature ovarian insufficiency at home and abroad has mainly focused on genetic expression and gene mutation,traditional Chinese medicine,fertility preservation,and other aspects.Research hotspots cover basic theory,clinical efficacy and fertility,with a view to further in-depth research in the future.关键词
