冻融周期单胚胎移植后单卵双胎的相关因素分析
Analysis of factors associated with monozygotic twin after single Frozen-thaw embryo transfer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the incidence and the factors relevant to monozygotic twins(MZT)pregnancy conceived by assisted reproductive technology(ART)after frozen-thaw single embryo transfer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the basic data of 24585 patients who got pregnancy after frozen-thawed single embryo transfer treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Center of Peking University Third Hospital between January 2010 and June 2023.Among these,409 cases were monozygotic twin(MZT)pregnancies.The MZT group was matched with a singleton group(1:4 ratio)based on the transfer date,resulting in 1636 singleton cases.The study analyzed the basic characteristics,treatment protocols,and laboratory procedures in both groups to explore their association with the occurrence of MZT.Results:409 cases were MZT pregnancies(1.7%,409/24585).In the univariate analysis,there was a sta-tistically significant difference in maternal body mass index(BMI)between the MZT group and the singleton pregnancy group[22.00(20.10~24.70)vs 21.51(19.60~24.22),P=0.007].The regression analysis revealed that maternal BMI was significantly associated with the occurrence of MZT(OR=0.928,95%CI:0.904~0.954).However,no significant differ-ences were observed between the two groups in terms of treatment protocols,fertilization meth-ods,assisted hatching(AH),preimplantation genetic testing(PGT),or the type of embryo transfer.Conclusion:The occurrence of MZT after frozen-thawed single embryo transfer is not significantly associated with medical procedures,including treatment protocols,intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI),AH,PGT,or blastocyst culture.关键词
