冠脉CTA对STEMI患者PCI术后支架内再狭窄的预测价值分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the predictive value of coronary computed tomography angiography(CTA)for in-stent restenosis(ISR)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods A total of 225 patients with STEMI admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and all of them received coronary CTA examination and coronary angiography(CAG)examination.With the results of CAG examination as the"gold standard",the predictive value of coronary CTA for ISR after PCI in STEMI patients was analyzed.Results The results of CAG examination showed that the incidence of ISR after PCI in STEMI patients was 16.78%(51/304).The number of ISRs detected by coronary CTA was 54;The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,Youden index and AUC of coronary CTA in predicting ISR after PCI in STEMI patients were 88.24%,96.44%,95.07%,83.33%,97.60%,0.847 and 0.930(95%CI:0.895～0.956),respectively.Conclusions Coronary CTA has high predictive value for ISR after PCI in STEMI patients,and can be used as the preferred non-invasive examination method for clinical evaluation of ISR.关键词
