电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗细菌性肺炎患者的效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of Electronic Bronchoscopic Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Patients with Bacterial Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of patients with bacterial pneumonia.Methods 78 patients with bacterial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ambroxol,and the observation group was treated with electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the duration of fever,disappearance time of dyspnea,disappearance time of pulmonary wet rales,disappearance time of cough,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and APACHEⅡ score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of RAW,WOB,PIP,PaCO2,IL-6,PCT,and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PaO2 and SpO2 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage has obviously effect in the treatment of patients with bacterial pneumonia,which can accelerate symptom resolution,improve respiratory function,improve blood gas indicators and alleviate inflammatory symptoms,and has good safety.关键词
