血管内超声指导PCI治疗对冠心病患者心功能及主要心血管不良事件发生情况的影响
Impact of Intravascular Ultrasound-Guided PCI Treatment on Cardiac Func-tion and Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)-guided percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)treatment on patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 72 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group received coronary angiography(CAG)-guided PCI treatment,while the study group received IVUS-guided PCI treatment.The stent implantation effect,cardiac function,vascular and plaque status,complications,and occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events were compared between two groups.Results The stent diameter,stent length,maximum lumen diameter,and minimum lumen diameter of the study group were longer than those of the reference group,the maximum balloon pressure was higher than that of the reference group,and the residual stenosis rate was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After surgery,the LVEF,E/A,and SV of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the MID was longer than that of the reference group,and the DS and PB were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).During the 6-month postoperative follow-up,the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events of the study group was 2.78%,lower than the 22.22%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions IVUS-guided PCI treatment can effectively improve the stent implantation effect in patients with coronary heart disease,promote the recovery of cardiac function,obviously improve the vascular and plaque status of patients,and reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events,without significant increase of the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
