超声引导下穿刺活检术、术中快速冰冻组织活检对乳腺肿块性质的诊断价值比较
Comparison on the Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy and Intra-operative Rapid Frozen Tissue Biopsy for Nature of Breast Mass

Abstract
Objective To compare the value of ultrasound-guided biopsy(UGB)and intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy in the diagnosis of nature of breast mass.Methods 86 patients with breast mass admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected.All cases received UGB and intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy.The diagnostic results,diagnostic efficacy and predictive value of the two methods for the nature of breast masses were analyzed.Results Among 86 patients with breast mass,postoperative paraffin pathology results showed 48 positive cases and 38 negative cases;UGB examination showed 39 positive cases and 47 negative cases;Intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy showed 46 positive cases and 40 negative cases.The sensitivity and accuracy of UGB examination were 75.00%and 82.56%,respectively,lower than 91.67%and 93.02%of intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy(P<0.05);The missed diagnosis rate of UGB examination was 25.00%,higher than 8.33%of intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the specificity,misdiagnosis rate,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value between UGB and intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with UGB examination,intraoperative rapid frozen tissue biopsy has better efficacy in diagnosing the nature of breast mass,which can improve diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy,and reduce missed diagnosis.关键词
