超声刀、双极电刀和传统电刀在甲状腺切除术中的应用效果比较
Comparison on the Application Effects of Ultrasonic Scalpel,Bipolar Electro-cautery and Traditional Electrocautery in Thyroidectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of ultrasonic scalpel,bipolar electrocautery and traditional electrocautery in thyroidectomy.Methods 99 patients who underwent thyroidectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 33 patients in each group.Group A underwent surgery using ultrasonic scalpel,group B underwent surgery using bipolar electrocautery,and group C underwent surgery using traditional electrocautery.The surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount and incision length),the postoperative indicators(postoperative extubation time,dietary recovery time,total hospitalization time and postoperative drainage volume),and the occurrence of complications were compared among the three groups.Results No significant difference was found in the incision length among the three groups(P>0.05);The operation time in group A and group B was significantly shorter than that in group C,and the intraoperative blood loss amount was significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05).The postoperative extubation time,dietary recovery time and total hospitalization time in group A and group B were significantly shorter than those in group C,and the postoperative drainage volume was significantly less than that in group C(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in postoperative indicators between group A and group B(P>0.05).The incidences of postoperative complications in groups A and group B were 12.12%and 9.09%respectively,significantly lower than 33.33%in group C(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional electrocautery,ultrasonic scalpel and bipolar electrocautery have more significant advantages in thyroidectomy,contributing to promoting postoperative recovery and reducing the occurrence risk of complications,and the application effects of the ultrasonic scalpel and bipolar electrocautery are comparable.关键词
