CBCT技术在口腔种植中的应用价值及临床疗效观察
Observation on the Application Value and Clinical Efficacy of CBCT Technolo-gy in Oral Implantation

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value and clinical efficacy of conical beam CT(CBCT)technology in oral implantation.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent oral implantation in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the CBCT group(n=43)and the orthopantomogram(OPG)group(n=43).The OPG group was scanned with OPG,and the CBCT group was scanned with CBCT.The surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount),surgical success rate,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups;The self-made satisfaction scale of our hospital was used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups.Results The operation time of the CBCT group was significantly shorter than that of the OPG group,and the intraoperative blood loss amount was significantly lower than that of the OPG group(P<0.05).The surgical success rate of the CBCT group was 97.67%,significantly higher than 76.74%of the OPG group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the CBCT group was 2.33%,significantly lower than 18.60%of the OPG group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the CBCT group was 95.35%,significantly higher than 76.74%of the OPG group(P<0.05).Conclusions CBCT technology has good application effect in oral implantation,which can accurately locate the surgical site,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,improve the surgical success rate,and has a lower risk of postoperative complications and higher satisfaction degree of patients.关键词
