摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of motion-sensing game assisted lower limb functional electrical stimulation(FES)in rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods The clinical data of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into the control group(n=40,lower limb FES)and the observation group(n=40,motion-sensing game assisted lower limb FES)according to the rehabilitation treatment methods. The lower limb postural control ability, balance ability, walking ability, and lower limb motor function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PASS,FAG,BBS,ABC,and FMA scores of both groups significantly increased, and the PASS,FAG,BBS,ABC,and FMA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average step speed, step frequency, and stride length of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Motion-sensing game assisted lower limb FES can improve the balance ability, walking ability, and lower limb motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and is beneficial to control the lower limb posture.关键词
