不同时期烟草叶片挥发物释放规律研究
Research on the Release Regularity of Volatile Compounds in Tobacco Leaves at Different Growth Stages

Abstract
To explore the release patterns of volatiles in tobacco leaves at different periods is of great significance for improving the quality of to-bacco and cultivating high quality tobacco varieties.In this study,headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were employed.The volatiles in tobacco leaves at different periods were adsorbed by 2 cm-50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS StableFlex fiber heads,and the volatile components at different stages during the growth process of tobacco were systematically stud-ied.24 compounds were identified from the rosette stage of tobacco,and 64 compounds,43 compounds and 75 compounds were identified from the vigorous growth stage,the maturity stage and the cured tobacco,respectively.Through the analysis and comparison of the volatile components at different periods,it was found that the change patterns of various components were consistent in tobacco leaves between the rosette and the vig-orous growth stage,and that of components between the maturity stage and the cured tobacco stage are also consistent.The 36 types of com-pounds unique to the cured tobacco may be closely related to the formation of its flavor characteristics.关键词
