Abstract
Pseudo-boehmite was prepared by NaAlO2-CO2 method.The effects of sodium metaaluminate concentration,reaction temperature,pH value,aging temperature,aging time,washing times,washing water temperature and drying temperature on the solubility of pseudo-boehmite were investigated.The experimental results showed that the concentration of alumina in sodium aluminate solution is between 30~40 g/L;De-composition temperature 30~40℃;The pH value of the decomposition endpoint is 10.5~10.7;Aging temperature:90~95℃;Aging time:3 hours;Wash4 times;Washing water temperature 60℃;At a drying temperature of 80~90℃,the prepared pseudo boehmite exhibits the best gel solubility,with a gel solubility index of up to 95%.关键词
