玫瑰净油挥发性香味的成分分析
Analysis of Volatile Components of Rose Essential Oil by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the volatile components in rose oil.[Method]The volatile components in rose essential oil were analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction with meteorological chromatography mass spectrometry.[Results]The results showed as follows:(1)A total of 88 volatile components were detected in rose oil,including 30 olefins,19 esters,7 alkanes,10 alcohols,7 phenols,5 aldehydes,4 aromatic hydrocarbons,3 ketones,2 acids and 1 ether;(2)The contents of alcohols accounted for the most(56.15%)and ketones accounted for the least(0.13%);③The high content substances in rose oil were methyl salicy late(1.50%),linalool(1.78%),phenylethanol(46.83%),3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octdiene-1-ol(3.07%),4-allyl phenol(2.46%),2-methoxy-3-(2-allyl)-phenol(22.47%)and methyl Eugenol(1.83%).[Conclusion]It can provide reference for the development and utilization of rose oil.关键词
