Abstract
A novel in-source paper matrix bipolar electrochemics-paper spray mass spectrometry method was established to monitor carbamaz-epine oxidation mechanism in situ.In this method,triangular conductive paper coated with carbon nanotubes was incorporated into the tip of pi-petting gun,which could be used as both a paper spray ion source and a bipolar electrode electrochemical cell for electrochemic-mass spectrome-try.The real-time on-line monitoring of carbamazepine oxidation was realized.The results show that a series of intermediates and products genera-ted by carbamazepine in electrochemical reaction can be detected obviously under the condition of carbon nanotubes as electrode material,meth-anol as spray solvent and 4.5kV high pressure,and their change trend with time during the reaction process,so as to speculate the reaction mechanism of carbamazepine in electrochemical oxidation process.关键词
