某冶炼厂外排废水化学需氧量的测定

Abstract
To determine the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the wastewater discharged from a certain smelting plant,the potassium dichro-mate method was adopted for the measurement.The method is simple to operate and the measured values are consistent with those obtained by the classic constant current coulometric titration method.The relative standard deviation of the method ranges from0.49%to 1.95%,and the recovery rate of the standard addition is between 98.19%and 101.50%.This method can be well applied to the determination of COD in the wastewater discharged from the water treatment workshop of the smelting plant.Based on the test results,it can be concluded that the wastewater discharged from the smelting plant does not exceed the discharge limit and meets the national discharge standards.关键词
