Comprehensive Experimental Design for Colorimetric Detection of Hydrogen Peroxide Using CoFeSe2 Nanozymes
摘要
Abstract
The CoFeSe2 nanoenzyme was employed to catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide,generating hydroxyl radicalsthat facilitate the oxidation reaction of the substrate TMB,leading to a visible color alteration.The catalytic activity of the nanoenzyme was assessed by deter-mining its ultraviolet absorption at 652 nm,thereby establishing a rapidand efficient method for hydrogen peroxide detection.On this basis,a comprehensive chemical experiment was designed to help students gain a deep understanding of the application of chemical equilibrium princi-ples in nanomaterials.The experiment also aims to teach students fundamental techniques for characterizing material structure and morphology,as well as the use of the single variable method and colorimetric method in practical testing.This not only enhances their theoretical knowledge but also improves their experimental skills.Furthermore,the experiment provides insight into the cutting edge technology of nanoenzymes in tumor therapy,broadening students'professional perspectives,stimulating their research interests,and reinforcing the concept of contributing to the nation through scientific and technological advancements.The rich array of"color changes"observed during the experiment can serve as a subtle form of"aesthetic education",making it an excellent choice for promoting comprehensive chemical experiments at the university level.关键词
