Abstract
The advanced control technology represented by model predictive control has been widely and deeply applied in chemical industry.This paper studies the application of APC advanced control technology in the process control of methanol production process.By establishing ad-vanced control controllers on the conversion cooling device and methanol synthesis device,the H/C ratio,carbon monoxide concentration and carbon dioxide concentration are respectively controlled,so as to realize coordinated and optimized control of relevant process parameters of dif-ferent devices.The H/C ratio qualified rate increased from97%to 99.38%,the H/C ratio fluctuation standard deviation decreased by 50.98%,and almost no manual operation.关键词
