磷酸铁锂动力电池充放电膨胀力研究
Study on expansion internal stress of LFP battery during charging or discharging

Abstract
As the most important electrochemical energy storage method,lithium iron phosphate battery has attracted more and more attention with the rapid construction of new power system.The expansion force and internal stress change formed by the charging and discharging process of lithium iron phosphate battery is an emerging hot research issue.In this paper,an online test device for the expansion stress in the battery was developed to complete the expansion force test of lithium iron phosphate battery under different charging and discharging conditions,and the related research on the time and space evolution of the electrochemical performance and mechanical properties of the battery was carried out.The experimental results show that the state of charge-expansion force curve of the battery is reversible and cumulative,and the change rate of the expansion force is closely related to the reaction rate of the electrode material.It is worth noting that when the temperature of lithium iron phosphate battery rises,the internal expansion force increases significantly.This index can be used as a key early warning signal for battery thermal runaway and energy storage system safety research.关键词
