协同治理理论视角下巩义市紧密型医共体建设实践研究
A practical study on the construction of close-knit medical communities in Gongyi City from the perspective of collaborative governance theory

Abstract
Objective To analyze in detail the construction of close-knit medical communities in Gongyi City,to explore its construction mode,operation mechanism and optimization path,so as to provide reference for the development of medical institutions in other regions.Methods Based on the field research,collaborative gov-ernance theory was applied to analyze in-depth the synergistic governance relationship and practice of close-knit medical communities in Gongyi City.Results The construction of close-knit medical communities in Gongyi City significantly improved people's health by enhancing the quality of medical services,reducing medical costs,and improving the health status of residents.The total number of diagnoses and treatments at the grassroots level in-creased by 36.53％compared with that in 2020,and patient satisfaction rose from 86.38％to 92.72％.The county-level consultation rate continued to rise,reaching 99.98％,and the proportion of third and fourth-level sur-geries increased by 23.35％.Conclusions Government leading,mutual collaboration among subjects,institu-tional guarantee and economic support,from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,are the key links that enable the successful implementation of close-knit medical community construction in Gongyi City,and the construction model is sustainable and replicable.关键词
