基于安德森模型的农村妇女住院服务利用现状及影响因素研究
Status quo and influencing factors of rural women's inpatient service utilization based on Anderson Model

Abstract
Objective To know about the current status and influencing factors of inpatient service utili-zation of rural women in Ningxia Province,and to provide data support and scientific basis for the formulation of health policies on inpatient service utilization of rural women.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the demographic characteristics and inpatient service utilization of 17456 rural women in four rural counties of Ningxia in 2022,and Anderson model was constructed to analyze the current status of inpatient service utilization of rural women and its influencing factors.Results The hospitalization rate of rural women in Ningxia was 12.0％.The risk factors for rural women is utilization of hospital services included ages of 36-59 years old(OR=1.688,95％CI=1.357-2.099)and ≥60 years old(OR=3.006,95％CI=2.404-3.760),married(OR=1.279,95％CI=1.099-1.488),per capital annual income of 8 000-15 000 yuan(OR=1.197,95％CI=1.060-1.352)and＞15 000 yuan(OR=1.520,95％CI=1.345-1.719),self-perceived health status as moderate(OR=1.903,95％CI=1.670-2.169)and poor(OR=3.603,95％CI=3.151-4.119),and having chronic diseases(OR=1.953,95％CI=1.745-2.185);while protective fac-tors included educational attainment of junior high school(OR=0.787,95％CI=0.683-0.908)and high school or above(OR=0.474,95％CI=0.374-0.601).Conclusions Demand factors and capacity resources have great influence.More attention should be paid to local women with chronic diseases,perceived poor health,lower income and older age.关键词
