摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the human-machine diagnosis and treatment model of"rural doctor+intelli-gent medical assistant"in Shandong Province as the research object,integrates the theory of collaborative govern-ance into the study,focuses on the healthy network cooperative relationship among various governance subjects,finds out many difficulties in the practical application of this model,such as medical professionalism,database construction,data security,model adaptability,model acceptance,and model supporting policies,etc.,and puts forward practical suggestions of optimization from the aspects of policy,collaboration,technology,empowerment and integration.关键词
