医防融合下乡镇卫生院高效发展的实例分析

Abstract
Innovative medical and preventive integration mechanism is an important lever for improving the health service system and therefore promoting the construction of a healthy China.Xiaobotou Township Health Center in Wudi County has adopted a new model of medical and preventive integrated management which provides medical and preventive integrated services,cultivates talents proficient in both medical and preventive services,conducts comprehensive screening for chronic disease patients,as well as implements a scientifically tiered man-agement approach for medical and preventive integration.Under this new model,a general practitioner team takes charge of both medical care and public health services ensuring that outpatient diagnostic and health service needs are met simultaneously and promote mutual development.A social health protection barrier has been formed with prevention as the priority and treatment as a supportive measure.This has led to an increase in the utilization rate of medical resources and an improvement in the medical experience and sense of well-being among the public.关键词
