基于修订IPA分析法的乡村旅游地居民土地利用绩效满意度研究
Land Use Performance Satisfaction of Rural Tourism Destination Residents Based on the Revised IP A Analysis

Abstract
As an important stakeholder in the process of tourism development,the satisfaction of rural tourism residents with land use is related to the sustainable development of tourism and human-land coordination.From the perspective of land use performance,this paper took Guangming village and Guanshan village of Changsha as case studies,and combined literature analysis and field research to construct a system of indicators for evaluating the satisfaction of residents'land use in rural tourism destinations in terms of structure,extent and benefits.Taking the residents of the rural tourism destinations as the survey objects,302 valid questionnaires were obtained by multi-stage sampling strategy,and the modified IPA analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze the satisfaction with land use of the residents of the tourist sites in terms of satisfaction and derived importance.The results showed that:there are differences between the evaluation of land use satisfaction and the perceived importance of the residents of rural tourism destinations,the satisfaction with the tourism output value of the land in the development of rural tourism is the highest,and the satisfaction with the agricultural output value is the lowest;the perceived importance of the land utilization rate is the highest,and the perceived importance of the tourism output value is the lowest;the modified IPA analysis can be obtained that the residents of the tourism land paying attention to the structure of the unused land,the percentage of the tourism land,the structure of the utilization of the arable land and the employment number 4 factors have high importance but low satisfaction,which need to be focused on improvement.Finally,based on the satisfaction evaluation results of the case site,countermeasure and suggestions to improve the land use satisfaction of residents in rural tourism destinations and promote the development of rural tourism were put forward,in terms of formulating scientific land use planning according to the local conditions,strengthening land management and land use compensation,digging deep into the agro-cultural value of the rural land and realizing the integration of agro-cultural and tourism development,and adhering to the concept of eco-civilization development,continuous improvement of the habitat environment and coordinated development of the people and the land.关键词
