Impact of Digital Economy on Air Pollution of Nitrogen Oxides Emissions
摘要
Abstract
The development of digital economy is a strategic choice to grasp the new opportunities of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change.The development of the e-conomy relies on the continuous integration and development of digital technologies such as block chains,artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet with the real economy and society,and has an important role in reducing carbon and nitrogen emissions in cities.Digital economy as a new engine to grow eco-nomic development,the role of environmental improvement in the field of emission reduction and envi-ronmental protection is worth in-depth investigation.This paper used the inter-provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020 to study the impact of the digital economy on nitrogen oxides,the results found that:the digi-tal economy can effectively inhibit the regional growth rate of nitrogen oxides,and the impact of the effect on the different provinces shows heterogeneity,the inhibition effect of the digital economy on nitrogen ox-ides is concentrated in the central and eastern regions,the result is still significant after the robustness test and endogeneity treatment,which provides new guidance and policy ideas for nitrogen oxides emission re-duction.Finally,policy recommendations were put forward:on the one hand,accelerate the development of the digital economy to help reduce nitrogen oxide emissions;on the other hand,because of the significant regional differences,it is necessary to promote the development combined with different regions and adjust measures according to local conditions.关键词
