Abstract
From 1921 to 1933,the Communist Party of China(CPC)was active in Shanghai during an ex-tremely difficult yet highly significant period.This period laid the foundation for many fundamental principles of party-building,shaping the Party's governance model and organizational structure.These elements can be sum-marized as the Party's"political potential energy",which serves as the core logic of internal governance and constitutes an important source of the Chinese revolutionary spirit.The Party-building practices during the Shanghai period not only established the Party's fundamental organizational principles but also influenced the Party's policies and approach to governance after the founding of the People's Republic of China.These prac-tices thus became a key component in the origins of the Party's approach to governance.关键词
