Building Urban Community:How Party Building Leads—A Analysis from the Three-dimension Perspective of"Subject-Process-Culture"

Abstract
Party-building leadership is the prerequisite and foundation for building a social governance commu-nity based on joint contribution,joint governance,and shared benefits.Under Party-building leadership,the construction of such an urban community should proceed across three key dimensions:subject,process,and cul-ture.Strengthening community Party organizations'awareness and capacity to lead(the subject dimension)en-sures that Party-building leadership fully plays its core guiding role;employing appropriate leadership methods and well-chosen agendas(the process dimension)ensures that the construction process proceeds smoothly.E-qually important,fostering a robust community culture by strengthening mainstream community values,expan-ding cultural resources,and bolstering public spirit(the cultural dimension)helps create a favorable atmosphere for community building under Party-building leadership.Ultimately,constructing an urban community under Party-building leadership is a long-term,systematic,dynamic,and complex endeavor that requires the concerted efforts of the entire Party and society,as well as unwavering commitment over time.关键词
