Abstract
Democratic centralism,as the fundamental organizational principle of the Communist Party of China(CPC),also became the organizational principle of state institutions after the Party led the Chinese people to victory in the revolution and founded New China.Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out that"democratic central-ism is the most fundamental system of the Party and the state."Why is it regarded as"fundamental"?Address-ing this question requires both examining the intrinsic logic of democratic centralism from the three perspectives of history,theory,and practice,and analyzing its connotations and scope across the three levels of structure,system,and method,thereby grasping its basic orientation in the new era and new stage.关键词
