From Historical Separation to Unity in Reality:The Historic Transcendence of Comprehensively Deepening Reform in the New Era——A Theoretical Analytical Framework Based on Value Ra-tionality and Instrumental Rationality

Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee focuses on comprehensively deepening reform in the new era,and plans to further comprehensively deepen reform by comprehensively advancing Chi-nese path to modernization.Comprehensively deepening reform in the new era is to understand the core logo and distinctive features of contemporary China,which has laid a solid foundation,provided a strong driving force and created favorable conditions for promoting Chinese path to modernization in the new era.Around the comprehen-sive deepening of reform in the new era,the academic community has mainly conducted research from the di-mensions of value significance,theoretical characteristics,and practical exploration,and has achieved rich theo-retical innovation results,providing useful references for a profound understanding and grasp of this proposition.However,many studies lack a historical perspective and critical thinking,and lack a comprehensive review and reflection on the history of deepening reforms in the new era over the past decade from a holistic perspective.Un-der the theoretical analysis framework of value rationality and instrumental rationality,the comprehensive deepe-ning of reform in the new era is a conceptual category with comparative significance.It not only surpasses the re-form dominated by single instrumental rationality in Western capitalist countries in horizontal international com-parison,but also surpasses the reform of the lack or separation of value rationality and instrumental rationality in Chinese history in vertical historical comparison.It reflects the dual demands and logical directions of value ra-tionality and instrumental rationality from historical separation to realistic unity,which runs through the aspects of reform leadership theory,subjectivity theory,guarantee theory,emphasis theory,and methodology,and be-comes the key to understanding and grasping the historical transcendence of comprehensive deepening reform in the new era.关键词
