慢性肾脏病全程管理的思考与展望
Reflection and prospects on comprehensive management of chronic kidney disease
摘要
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)has emerged as a major global public health issue with consistently high preva-lence rates.CKD not only increases the risk of premature death but is also frequently associated with various comorbidities such as cardiovascular diseases,posing a significant socioeconomic burden.Therefore,comprehensive management mode is an important approach to dealing with CKD,and should encompass health promotion,disease prevention,screening,diagnosis,etiological treatment,disease control,function replacement,and rehabilitation.For patients at different stages of CKD,tailored strategies for prevention,cure,reversal,control,delay,and coexistence should be formulated.Treatment approaches should not only involve medications but also give emphasis to comprehensive measures such as education,diet,exercise,improvement of living environments,and wise information technology of medicine.Moreover,the patients with CKD often have other coexisting conditions,which makes the treatment more difficult.Therefore,a multi-morbidity management approach should be adopted,focusing on the relationship between CKD and cardiovascular or metabolic diseases,the rational use of drugs that benefit both the heart and kidneys,and the development of individualized treatment plans.The international nephrology community has made an appeal for the World Health Organization(WHO)to include kidney disease as a major non-communicable disease(NCD)which leads to premature death.It is hoped that through global cooperation,the burden of kidney disease can be minimized,thereby reducing its harm to human life and health.关键词
