Diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Hypertensive nephropathy is a kind of clinical syndrome mainly manifested by arteriolar hyalinosis and intimal thickening of/or small arterioles,which in turn leads to ischemic lesions of glomeruli and tubules.Studies have found that it is not a simple cause-and-effect relationship between hypertension and renal damage,and the study of its pathogenesis can help to prevent the disease from occurring and slow down its progression.Hypertensive nephropathy is one of the major causes of end-stage renal disease,and it is of great significance to combine clinical indicators with pathological changes for early diagnosis and intervention.A combination of lifestyle improvement with drug therapy should be adopted after comprehensive evaluation to improve the long-term prognosis.关键词
