Interpretation of Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of complement-related kidney diseases
摘要
Abstract
With the in-depth understanding of the role of complement in various kidney diseases,medications targeting different components of complement activation have been emerging.Evidence suggests that complement-targeted therapies hold promising potential in the treatment of complement-related kidney diseases."Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Complement-Related Kidney Diseases"published in 2024 provides recommendations on the pathogenesis,diagnostic approaches,complement-targeted therapies,and vaccination against specific pathogenic microorganisms concerning complement-related kidney diseases,and emphasizes the rational application of complement inhibitors accroding to different roles of complment system in the pathogenesis of certain kidney diseases.This article highlights the key points of the consensus,aiming to improve clinical practice in managing complement-related kidney diseases.关键词
