基于PMC及QCA混合研究方法的异地就医政策评价与优化路径研究
Research on the Evaluation and Optimization Path of the Policy of Out-of-Town Medical Treatment Based on the Mixed Research Methods of PMC and QCA

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the design of interprovincial medical treatment policies in different provinces,and explore the operational effects and causal pathways of the interprovincial medical treatment system.Methods PMC index model was used to quantitatively assess 58 provincial policies on interprovincial medical treatment settlements since 2013.And the QCA method was applied to perform configurational path analysis on 21 policies rated as excellent or good by the PMC.Results Among the 58 inter-provincial medical treatment policies,9 were rated as excellent,12 as good,13 as acceptable,and 24 as poor,which indicated that there were significant differences in the interprovincial medical treatment policies implemented by different provinces.QCA re-sults showed that the range of personnel,settlement methods,and improvement of infrastructure were foundational conditions for the good operation of the interprovincial medical treatment system.New approaches were also actively explored based on good oper-ation in many provinces.Conclusion Interprovincial medical treatment policies are closely related with the people's wellbeing.It is believed that establishing a unified and efficient interprovincial medical treatment platform,increasing policy awareness,and strengthening supervision of interprovincial medical treatment can provide convenience for patients and improve their satisfaction and sense of benefit.关键词
