农村高龄失能老人养老服务需求现状及影响因素研究
Study on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Elderly Care Service Needs for Rural Disabled Elderly

Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of elderly care service needs for the elderly with disabilities in rural Chi-na and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Based on a survey conducted on 1,272 elderly disabled individuals in rural areas across 16 provinces in China from 2021 to 2024,the current state of elderly care service needs for elderly disabled individuals in rural areas was summarized.Chi-square test was used for univariate analysis.And logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing the demand for elderly care services among elderly disabled individuals in rural areas.Results Among the 1,272 elderly disabled individuals in rural areas,the needs included daily care(62.7％),financial support(38.4％),profes-sional rehabilitation training(43％),family care(41％),psychological counseling(25.3％),and companionship(18.2％),which focused on daily care and medical care.Multivariate analysis showed that the demand for elderly care services among elderly disabled individuals in rural areas was influenced by factors such as the number of children,living arrangements,annual income,savings,housing conditions,degree of disability,number of chronic diseases,rehabilitation status,pension insurance,social wel-fare status,senior subsidies,number of friends,relationships with village residents,and emotional support.Conclusion Health status and social interactions significantly impact the demand for elderly care services.It is essential to strengthen medical support to ensure that the elderly receive necessary medical assistance,establish social support networks to enhance interactions among elderly individuals,and provide emotional support and daily assistance.关键词
