莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑镁治疗反流性食管炎的有效性及安全性
Efficacy and Safety of Mosapride combined with Omeprazole Magnesium in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mosapride combined with omeprazole magnesium in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods Ninety-eight RE patients admitted to Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan City from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49)by random number table method.The control group was given omeprazole magnesium treatment,and the observation group was given mosapride combined omeprazole magnesium treatment.The clinical efficacy,reflux symptoms,gastrointestinal hormones and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than that of control group 79.59%(P＜0.05).After treatment,the reflux time was shortened,the reflux frequency was reduced,and the reflux symptom score was decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the reflux time was shorter,the reflux frequency was less,and the reflux symptom score was lower in the observation group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-Ⅰ)in two groups were increased(P＜0.05),and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.16%in control group and 4.08%in observation group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of RE patients with mosapride combined with omeprazole magnesium has a high clinical effect,which is conducive to improving reflux symptoms,accelerating the increase of gastrointestinal hormone levels,and does not increase adverse reactions.关键词
