Abstract
Objective To explore the guiding effect of CDC25A expression on the selection of platinum-based chemotherapy drugs in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with advanced gastric cancer who received chemotherapy in Fuxinmine General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected.All patients were given immunohistochemical detection of CDC25A expression.Patients with positive CDC25A expression were classified into the positive group(n=50)and those with negative CDC25A expression were classified into the negative group(n=32).Patients in the positive group were given olaliplatin based chemotherapy treatment,and patients in the negative group were given cisplatin based chemotherapy treatment.Both groups were treated for 14 days as a course for 4 consecutive courses.The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of leukopenia,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney function injury,thrombocytopenia,neurotoxicity and side effects in positive group were significantly lower than those in negative group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of positive group was significantly higher than that of negative group(P＜0.05).The scores of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the positive group was significantly higher than the negative group(P＜0.05).Conclusion CDC25A is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.The application of CDC25A expression in the selection of platinum-based chemotherapy drugs in patients with gastric cancer can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce toxic and side effects,and improve the quality of life of patients,thus playing a good role in guiding treatment.关键词
