Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture on vascular endothelial function,nerve function and hemorheology indexes in elderly patients with Cerebral vascular accident(CVA).Methods A total of 120 CVA patients treated in Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(conventional drugs combined with acupuncture treatment,n=60)and observation group(Buyang Huanwu decoction in addition to control group,n=60)according to random number table method.Vascular endothelial function,nerve function,hemorheology index and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in Endothelin-1(ET-1),Vascular pseudohemophilia factor(vWF),nitric oxide(NO),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Neurological Impairment Scale(NDS)score,whole blood low tangential viscosity(WBLSV),whole blood high tangential viscosity(WBHSV),fibrinogen(FIB),blood fine cell specific volume(HCT),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)levels(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1,vWF,WBLSV,WBHSV,FIB,HCT,EAI,IL-6,TNF-α and NIHSS and NDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),and the level of NO was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of elderly CVA patients can effectively improve nerve function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,increase the health of patients'blood vessels,and maintain hemodynamic stability.关键词
